This site is operated by POKESYSTEM. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, organisation and message. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to follow it up.
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, Inc. (United States), which acts as our service provider and stores submissions on its servers. Its own privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any relationship that follows from it, and delete them after that.
If you email us directly, your message is stored in our business email account (Google Workspace) and handled in the same way.
